One local company that cleans, fixes and looks after your mountain property. Mountain Marvel already takes care of homes and short-term rentals from Conifer to Bailey. Now our Property Care team handles the repairs, snow, seasonal checks and yard work too, with photos after every visit and everything on one invoice.
What we take care of
- Handyman repairs: fixtures, doors and hardware, drywall patches, caulking, appliance swaps, furniture assembly, and the small stuff guests break
- Snow shoveling: decks, stairs, walkways and the path to the hot tub, so guests and owners arrive to a clear entry
- Freeze checks and winterizing: thermostat, heat tape, pipes and a full walk-through of homes that sit empty
- Home watch: weekly or biweekly visits to second homes with a photo report after each one
- Pre-season rental checks: smoke and CO detector batteries, bulbs, filters, grill, deck boards and anything a guest would notice first
- Spring yard cleanup: pine needles, deadfall and winter debris
- Defensible space: clearing fuel around your home before fire season
- Gutter cleaning in spring and fall
- Deck wash, repair and stain

Parts and materials are billed at cost plus 15%. The trip charge is waived when the work is added to a cleaning we are already doing at your property.
Property Care plans
- Mountain Property Care Plan (short-term rentals), $149/month: a monthly property check, one hour of handyman work each month, no trip charges and priority scheduling. Snow is billed per visit and turnovers are billed as usual.
- Away-Season Plan (second homes), $199/month, November through April: biweekly home watch, freeze checks and no trip charges. Snow is billed per visit. Six-month commitment.
